Bestpass Voted a "Best Place to Work"

For the past 14 years, a local Albany publication, The Business Review, has ran an annual Best Places to Work awards program. This year, more than 150 companies, from various industries, submitted nominations to be considered for the award. Winners are chosed based on data collected by Quantum Workplace, of Omaha, Nebraska, which sends confidential surveys to employees willing to participate in the survey.

Only 40 winners were chosen and were broken into four categories: Small, 10-24 employees; Medium, 25-49 employees; Medium-Large, 50-149 employees; and Large, 150+ employees. Bestpass was proud to represent the Medium-Large sector of the award program.

This year marked Bestpass' third-consecutive win. Employees of the company took a survey that dove into what it is truly like to work at Bestpass and asked specific questions, looking for detailed feedback regarding: company culture, employee perks and benefits, management style, community responsibility and more!

The winners were honored at a luncheon at the Hilton Albany, where the winners were showcased via video as well as in the printed and online edition of The Albany Business Review. Check out all of the winners, here.
